1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and phtttt (the "Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phtttt online gaming platform, website (phtttt.cam), mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

Accounts registered by individuals under the legal gambling age will be immediately terminated, and all funds will be forfeited without refund.

2.2 Geographical Restrictions

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

2.5 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted only one (1) account on the phtttt platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all wagers, and forfeit all balances and winnings without refund. Promotional bonuses obtained through multiple accounts will be voided.

3. Use of Services and Prohibited Activities

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or phtttt staff
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or content that could harm our systems or other users
• Sharing account access with minors or individuals prohibited from gambling

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) typically process within 24 hours; bank transfers process within 1-3 business days; cryptocurrency withdrawals process within 24-48 hours. Minimum withdrawal amounts and withdrawal limits apply as specified in your account settings.

phtttt reserves the right to reverse withdrawals, request additional documentation, or delay processing if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. Winnings obtained through prohibited activities are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited.

4.3 Account Balance

Your phtttt account balance reflects funds available for wagering and withdrawal. The balance includes deposited funds and legitimate winnings but excludes pending wagers, bonus funds subject to wagering requirements, and contested amounts under investigation. You may check your balance at any time through your account dashboard.

Account balances do not earn interest and are not deposits covered by the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC). phtttt maintains segregated accounts to safeguard player funds, but balances represent your right to withdraw funds rather than a banking relationship.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of phtttt Services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

phtttt is not responsible for failures, delays, or interruptions in service caused by third-party service providers, internet service failures, power outages, acts of God, governmental actions, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by phtttt

phtttt reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if we believe in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or used the platform in any manner detrimental to phtttt or other users. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services ceases immediately.

10.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting phtttt customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you may withdraw your remaining account balance subject to verification and compliance with all outstanding wagering requirements. Once closed, accounts cannot be reopened, and you must register a new account to access phtttt Services again.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to take a break from gaming, you may request self-exclusion for a specified period ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to access your account, and any attempts to create new accounts will be prevented. phtttt supports responsible gaming and encourages players experiencing gambling problems to utilize self-exclusion tools.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of phtttt Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between you and the Company.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and phtttt regarding use of the Services, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. phtttt's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without phtttt's prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
